I have completed 750 hours of supervised training in psychotherapy and continue to be supervised by a clinical psychologist. This approach recognizes that no single type of psychotherapy is comprehensive enough to address the complexities and predicaments of human existence. As a therapist, I strive to integrate different counselling theories and therapeutic interventions. I believe that different people, at different life stages, and facing various challenges, can be helped by different approaches to psychotherapy. At different times, with various clients, I might draw my approaches from any of the following schools of psychotherapy: Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioural (DBT), Interpersonal (IPT), Solution-Focused, Gestalt, Narrative or Existential.
