This means that I look to build: Trust, Respect, Empathy, Acceptance, Safety, Unconditional Love, Reality and Expertise into our therapeutic relationship. I try to be non-judgemental and confidential and look to help my clients overcome their past difficulties or points at which they are stuck now in the present. And then if required I can help them to look and move forward through life coaching towards a more satisfying and fulfilling life. Additional Information My counselling is extremely low cost by market standards as I see my work with clients as a helping process and not a way to make money. I would work for free but I have to pay for my accommodation, phone and my required supervision costs. If you feel I might help you please feel free to ring and know that there will beno pressure whatsoever to accept my services. And if for some reason I feel unable to help you I would tell you so and not waste your time or take your money. I have worked with Abuse (physical, verbal, sexual, mental), bereavement, depression, marital/separation recovery, drug and alcohol addiction, low self-esteem, anger management and more.
