Change does not have to be slow and painful. Due to the most recent advances in psychology and rapid change technology, we now know how the mind works better than ever. When you know how the mind works, change becomes easy.

You can't overcome obstacles by talking about them. My approach is active and is not about talking, it's all about doing what needs to be done to create change.

My methods are simple yet powerfully effective and most of all, extremely enjoyable.

My approach draws on advances from the field of NLP as well as newer developments such as Timeline Therapy, Design Human Engineering, Neuro-Semantics, Hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Techniques.
