I believe that people do the best they can with the tools that they have at the time. Life is not easy and, sometimes, it can be overwhelming. With care and confidentiality, I help people to identify and overcome their obstacles. I help them cope; identifying both new sources of strength and new ways to relate to others. I have a strong clinical background, with experience in adult mental health, child mental health, women’s health and employee assistance programs. Prior to my career in social work, I worked for a number of national and international non-profit organizations in Washington, DC such as World Wildlife Fund. Additional Information Counselling is available for a wide range of issues, including but not limited to stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, shyness, anger management, addictions, relationship issues, health issues, trauma and abuse.
