Practice Description

Sometimes we get stuck in a negative place and can't seem to find our way out. Reaching out for help is a courageous act that can help us find our way to a satisfying and meaningful future. Counselling is an opportunity to explore new possibilities that can restore hope. I have been trained in a variety of approaches that value the uniqueness and dignity of every individual and strive to help each of my clients maximize their strengths in the healing process. I use a collaborative approach that explores thoughts, emotions, belief systems, relationships, behaviour, spirituality and physical health in the quest to help you achieve your goals. I offer individual, couple and family counselling in the Markham area. My fees can be adjusted for those with limited income.
