By accessing my intuitive gifts, complemented by an eclectic blend of transformational therapy tools, both Eastern and Western, I guide the client through the healing process. I gently assist the client to make conscious deeply ingrained and destructive life patterns to free them to live their full creative potential. Utilizing an indepth bio-psycho-social-spiritual assessment process, holistic therapy encompasses both the personal and transpersonal dimensions which include, Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), energy and body-centered modalities, dream interpretation, shadow work, mindfulness-based practices and regression therapy. My intention is to empower the individual to full conscious awareness through reflection and contemplation. Ultimately, connecting to one's own inner guidance and healer. I also incorporate astrology and past life regression therapy, when necessary, to enhance the indiviudal's self-awareness by transforming any past-life patterns and to acknowledge one's soul purpose for this lifetime. I utilize clinically proven mindfulness-based practices to help clients living with depression, anxiety and addictions. I am also assisting clients with grief helping them resolve unfinished business with deceased loved ones or other profound losses. In the blending of my training and experience in both psychotherapy and social work, I am able to offer the client both long-term psychotherapy as well as solution-focused brief therapy. I offer individual, couple, family and group therapy at my comfortable office in Richmond Hill. I have been facilitating meditation and mindfulness-based classes for over ten years throughout the GTA.
