My NLP Life Coaching business is based on the premise of healing and teaching valuable life skills to allow the achievement of self-reliance and emotional independence for all I work with. It is gentle and non evasive approach. The philosophy of my business is based on creating a healthy and positive well-being as I develop a person's mind-body-spirit connection. I work with a person's perceptions, including limiting beliefs and language to create emotions and perceptions that are congruent with one's values, goals and inner desires. My coaching sessions encourage greater self-awareness of yourself and your life situation while receiving support and healing communicatively. Its’ methodology allows for one to receive healing and support to difficult and confusing life situations or emotions in order to overcome personal challenges and manage life change. Additional Information Break Away Empower provides private one-one-coaching sessions. Sessions are 1 1/2 hrs weekdays.
