Through a holistic approach, and in a safe and encouraging environment, I offer counselling that is geared towards helping clients gain an understanding of themselves, their place in the world and their life struggles. My therapy orientation is mostly cognitive-behavioral, however adlerian, solution-focused and existential therapy approaches are also used depending on the needs of the client. Additional Information I believe that counseling encourages a positive outlook, taps into our strength and resources, raises our self-esteem, promotes positive thinking, teaches useful skills to manage relationships and develops self insight.
