REBT is a comprehensive, active-directive, philosophically and empirically based psychotherapy which focuses on resolving emotional and behavioral problems and disturbances and enabling people to lead happier and more fulfilling lives. Additional Information I am a Certified Counsellor (#0540) with the Canadian Counselling Association. I am also a member of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), the American Psychological Association (APA), the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress (AAETS), Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention (CASP), and I'm a Professional Affiliate of the Albert Ellis Institute.
